The Future of Video with Jeremy Goldman

When: Friday, September 30, 2016 from 8:30 am-10:00am

Where: Brenner Photo Productions, 125 Newtown Road #100, Plainview NY 11803

Pricing: SMA Members $20, PRPLI/IABC/DMALI/IBO Members $25, Non-Members $30

The Future of Video: Firebrand Group conducted proprietary research on how top social media marketers are using video, where spending is expected to move in 2017, which social platforms will benefit and which will lose out, what types of videos work best, and so on.

Exclusive results from survey will be shared, so the presentation includes data you won’t see anywhere else.

For over 15 years, Jeremy Goldman has been working with companies looking to embrace the future before their competitors do. Under Jeremy’s leadership, Kiehl’s won the 2009 WebAward for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development, achieved a Top 25 ranking in the L2 Digital IQ Index in the Beauty & Skincare category, and received a Top 50 Facebook IQ ranking amongst all luxury brands. He has also managed partnerships with Beyoncé’s Deréon line for Temptu and founded Unilever’s first-ever luxury division.

Jeremy earned his MBA in Information Systems and Marketing at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. His views have been featured in publications such as Mashable, Wall Street Journal, Smart Money, ReadWriteWeb, The Next Web, The Star-Ledger, and Internet Retailer Magazine, and his campaigns have been featured in Gawker and Ads of the World.

Jeremy’s first book, Going Social: Excite Customers, Generate Buzz, and Energize Your Brand with the Power of Social Media was (briefly!) the #1 bestselling social media book in the world. His latest book, Getting to Like: How to Boost Your Personal and Professional Brand to Expand Opportunities, Grow Your Business, and Achieve Financial Success, came out earlier this year. He is presently the Founder and CEO at Firebrand Group, the award-winning futureproofing firm. In his spare time (which isn’t much), he writes for Inc.

Description: Everyone knows social media is here to stay and is playing an important and ever-increasing role in business. But fewer people can speak specifically about the results social media generates so they can effectively strategize, plan, budget, and measure outcomes. Social media is no longer just a nice to have. More and more businesses, large and small, are integrating social media into their marketing and business development efforts, which require budgets and planning to properly utilize resources, and ways to measure returns.

Our panel represents seasoned business professionals who have reaped or have reaped real, measurable business value from social media and will share their experiences.
